I want to buy a few roasts tomorrow and make 1 a day in my crockpot.
Which cuts do well in a slow cooker?
Thank you!

London broil (8 hours on low)
Season with your preferred spices, 1 cut up onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 cup broth/chicken soup mix water, dash of soy sauce if not pesach. I shred afterwards and put on pizza/in pie/egg rolls or leave in gravy for yt or shabbat.

Anything that's good low and slow should be good. Minute roast and Kolichel are the two that I have in my freezer personally.

If you want a meat to come out good in the croc pot it needs to be a fatty meat. Lean meats dry out. London broil is a lean meat. First cut meats are lean.
Second cut brisket, middle chuck, flanken roast, cheek meat are all fatty meats and good for a croc pot.

I keep hearing people say this but I've made London broil in crock pot a bunch of times and it just is falling apart when done, in gravy, perfectly good. I do pull it into chunks or shreds so it will all be in gravy when served, comes apart easily.
The whole point in a crockpot is long and low. Pretty much anything will be soft after that.
