I dont really have a recipe....if you want to cook it, get a higher pan that it will fit into (like cake pans), throw in the loaf, add water, tons of sugar, pepper, a carrot and onion, and throw it in the oven, covered, 325 for 1 hr, then I uncover it and turn it up to about 375 for another hr.

My aunt gave me this recipe. Its easy, and SUPER yum..
Ok so you slice carrots (usually 2 sticks), thin, not paper thin, but very thin, and one celery stick.
Chop an onion. (dont be cheap on the oil when frying)
Fry them till the onions are see thru, and the carrots have gotten soft.
Add 2 cans of 15oz tomato sauce (if you like it saucy, if not, just leave one)
Add 3-5 T sugar (and 2-4 if only using 1 can), sprinkle in a tiny bit of black pepper. and let boil for a minute or two.
Add gefilte fish without the wrapper and cover on a low fire till doubles.
OR put gefilte fish in a baking dish, (I usually use a silver foil pan)
Pour sauce on top, and bake on 350 for an hour and a half.
