I'm going to my Sister in law for a Shavuous night meal and wanted a great non-dairy dessert I could take her. A Non-dairy cheesecake or some such thing should work. Does anyone have any recipes/ideas?

Really good parve cheese pie
1 Tub tofutti cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
Graham pie crust
Blend everything together until smooth. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Can be topped with any topping or served plain

Most recipes say 2 tub tofutti cream cheese & 1 sour cream tofutti - how many graham pie crust can you fill with your recipe?
