What can be the reason?
Anything to do about it?
I started using beef bones for taste. Can it be that?

Pour it through a cooking net when pouring into containers.
It should help clear it.

I did that. It's clean. But still cloudy.

Bring water and veggies to a rolling boil, then add chicken and bones and cook on lower heat.

And keeping it on a low simmer. Dont let it boil again.
This won`t help your existing soup though, only for the future.

If you use kohlrabi in your soup, that could be the cause.

Was the chicken previously frozen?
I believe that could be a cause,

We were not raised to even question about if the Chicken soup is clear or cloudy. As an adult I always wondered how women prepare clear broth. I add in tons of vegies, and herbs so our soup is never clear.

Chicken wasn't frozen.
I'm making chicken soup for years never had it.
I did only recently start putting in beef bones. It's probably that. Does that make sense?

A method I grew up knowing to make a clear soup; dash n whisk on instragram also mentioned it a while back: Fill the pot with vegetables and cold water. Bring it to a boil, then add the chicken, bones and salt. My soup is crystal clear. Another trick I heard from a sibling of mine if you like a "chickeny" chicken soup is to put in a dash or 2 of white pepper. It brings out the flavor of the chicken to be stronger. We like it that way.
