Crunchy onion baked cutlets, frozen potato knishes, fruit soup. My teenagers are in camp. The little ones eat very little in the summer. Meals consist mainly of fish sticks, frozen blintzes, frozen chicken nuggets etc. If I'm lucky they'll take a fruit.

How long does it take to make your recipe? If its an easy vegetable soup, Id like the recipe.

Made Mac and cheese and fish sticks earlier for the kids. Going to be a quick grilled chicken salad for DH and me soon.

The ziti? 3 min prep, 90-100 min cooking
Soup is super easy- saute whatever veggies you want (onion, red pepper, zucchini, carrots, celery, 1 potato for thickness optional) for 8-10 min, add 6 C water or chicken broth, whatever other spices you're in the mood of. Blend after 30-40 min. To step it up I add a whole head of roasted garlic before blending

Spaghetti with chicken in sauce.
I’m impressed I actually cooked supper tonight.
Tomorrow might just be peanut butter sandwiches or chickpea salad.

Vegetable salad
Sunny side up

That was yesterday.

Today is my standard Thursday night supper: Slam chicken bottoms in the oven in the same pan with rice, quinoa, or if I have an extra few minutes to peel and cube potatoes. Cut up kirbies while serving.
