IYH I am making my son's bar mitzvah mid-July. We're planning to have 40-50 people for Shabbos and while I may buy some prepared food, I'd like to cook the bulk of it myself.
It's Shabbos dinner and lunch as shalosh seudos will IYH sent by friends.
Anyone have a menu they used? Looking for things that can be made in advance and cooked or reheated before Shabbos.
Please send any suggestions!

These are all things that can be made in advanced and reheated:
Appetizer:
Fish (serve with some spiralized veggies to make it look fancier)
meat knish
liver and egg plate
individual deli salad plate
Main:
Cholent/yapchik
grilled chicken
shnitzel
hot pastrami
Roast- cooked overnight
Sides:
Roasted potatoes
apple crisp/kugel
string beans
orzo
Dessert:
Ice cream
Sorbet
Sweet table (buffet style dessert with an assortment of cakes and cookies)
