boil 1lb spinach flavored pasta
in fry pan sautee in olive oil (think coat the pasta)
6 scallions
6 garlic cloves
towards end
add about a cup of chopped pistacios
put a little soy sauce
pour over pasta & coat
eat hot or can serve cold too

reg pasta is fine ... I just changed for health, color and fun ...
I'm very picky and this is yum ... my dd (13) made it by herself ...

There was a pistachio pasta in the Mishpacha recently. I haen't got the exact measurements to hand, but it was basically.
Fry one diced onion in olive oil.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped pistachio nuts
Add fresh cream (parve if you want) and salt and pepper (no salt if salted nuts), cook for 5 mins.
Just before serving toss with pasta and reheat.
We tried it and enjoyed it
