I bought the bulk box of lady fingers hoping with my 2 kids and 5 others they would get eaten. Well the box is still full and I have no idea what to do with them. Anyone have any good dessert recipes(prefer parve).
Thanks.

I use them for cheese cake topping. I process them, add ground walnuts, stick of butter and mush by hand till all incorporated. Then put on bottom of 9 inch pan, bake ten minutes, add cheese mix, cover top with same and bake for an hour. It is heavenly.

I crumbled them up and put on top of sundaes and ds loves them. However, does your box say lady fingers or L. fingers like mine? I'm wondering if they didn't have enough space or, more likely, that the word "lady" wasn't tznius and they didn't want bad thoughts to come into the men who are eating the cookies!
