hi, does anyone have a good recipe for deckel?(btw, what is that in english?) The only way I know, is to pot it in loads of onions. anyone have something different? thanks in advance!

the package says "deckel"...it doesnt have pickling spices on it like the corned beef has.

You can try this glaze over it and cover well to bake for 1 1/2 hours or more

4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp mustard
1 c duck sauce
½ cup orange juice
½ cup grape juice
