I use the green olives with red thing in it (forgot what it’s called). It also has a bit of Mayo in it-this is my concern. It’s not drowning in Mayo but there’s some Mayo in there.

I keep it in a mason jar or tight closing jar in the fridge and it mamish still taste fresh 3 weeks later

I wouldn't freeze olive dip. When I have made "dips" in larger quantities to freeze, I keep the oil/mayo out in those portions and add it back in after I defrost it. Like the other poster said, if it's closed tightly, in the back of the fridge, probably all the salt and vinegar already in it will keep it from spoiling for a couple weeks.

I dont think mayo freeze well
u can prob freeze base mixture ebfore mayo, and add mayo after defrost,
also save freezer space
