I told the cop who stopped me
that I had to rush home to my kids!
I also forgot my purse that day 
since I was going to a barmitzvah I was in a rush that day !
I told the cop that I cant give him my license
cause you cant carry a purse in synagoguge (shul)
I lied to him 1
it was a sunday!
thank g-d he believed me for some reason !

she said she works FOR the police force traffic divisioon. she is not necessarily a traffic cop. she could be a civilian programmer, secretary, accountant, file clerk, receptionist, payroll clerk, property manager, occupational physician or nurse and anything in between.
we had a friend who worked for the CIA. He was a programmer and dealt mostly with payroll and benefits. another who worked for the navy (w/o being IN the navy) as a pharmacist or s/t like that. and someone who worked in the prisons as a physical therapist--not a corrections officer.
