Do you cook it frozen or thaw?

I've done both and dont notice a difference. For today I took it out in the morning and kept it in the fridge so it's kind of in between.

Frittata with onions, mushrooms, spinach and cheese.
Butternut squash soup straight out of the Imagine box.
Frozen gnocchi that was on sale last week, boiled and then in a medium pan with butter, olive oil and a garlic cube.

I’ll post what I made yesterday as it was sooo good and easy!
Sauté onion, throw a pack of chicken stew on top.
Peel and throw in 2 tangerines that were too soft and kids won’t eat anymore. Throw in handful of baby carrots (or chop carrot in Sm pieces).
Sprinkle salt, paprika, little black pepper & ginger.
For side dish the kids had lukshen and fresh sautéed mushrooms in Betty Crocker.
I had a spinach, arugula salad for side dish. |
@The happy wife-
2 separate things...
The lukshen I actually cooked in a bekela...
The mushrooms went in the Betty Crocker on a parchment paper with oil, salt & pepper (apparently that makes me mother of the year for that second...)
Forgot that I also took out a vegetable soup from the freezer.

The basic idea is a sauce, lightly boiling and drop the meatballs into it. No frying just cooking on the stove.
If they fell apart you may need more breadcrumbs. |
I’ve started making them in the oven so no dirty pots to clean… just put in a 9x13 covered in sauce… they never fall apart. And they taste just as good.

under achiever, but hit the spot: tuna sandwiches (grilled) and vegetable soup with a little extra red pepper flakes and spicy pickles!

Do you first bring the sauce to a boil in the oven?

Does this mean you breaded cutlets and froze them raw or do you buy them prebreaded? Sounds like such a time saver curious to try myself thanks!

Not the poster you quoted, but I'll share what I do:
I bread my own cutlets and freeze them in small pans. I usually allow it to defrost for a couple of hours and then fry.
I stack them in the pan with Parchment paper between each layer.
