Not anything with nuts.
Aside from broccoli salad Cole slaw and cucumber salad. Any other ideas? Thanks!

This is delicious. I would add the ramen noodles only right before serving.
Dressing:
2/3 c oil
2/3c sugar
2/3c vinegar
1/3c soy sauce
Purple cabbage
Scallions
Cherry tomatoes
SKIP- Slivered almonds (I am thinking of replacing with slivered apples!)
Ramen noodles

Thanks for the ideas. I hope dh is ok with vinegar if the salad tastes sweet. These seem like they’d be sweet.
