I think it was in Inyan, a few weeks or months ago, and I guess I didn't save it.
It had edamame, sweet potato or butternut squash cubes, maybe sunflower seeds, purple cabbage. Definitely quinoa. Maybe beets. (Okay, that part I can improvise, but no idea what the dressing was. Although I think sesame seed oil was in there, & rice wine vinegar maybe : )
Does anyone have it?

Gorgeousness Salad
7 oz shredded red cabbage
12 oz edamame microwaved 3-4 min
3 cups kale chopped small
3 carrots peeled and julienned
3/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tricolor raw quinoa, cooked according to pkg
3 scallions diced
Dressing
3 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or agave
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 basil cubes
1 tsp salt
Toss with dressing before serving.
FYI the first link was a quinoa and spinach salad with sweet potato, beets, green beans, grape tomatoes, sunflower seeds. Dressing of honey mustard basil.

Thanks ra_mom. I was going to suggest looking for Buddha bowls if she couldn't find it. I don't like the name but the recipes were fitting the bill.
