I just want to bring this to the attention of Yael and moderators. This post needs to be locked and disappeared. So many men got through vetting! Totally inappropriate and poretz geder.
I'm feeling that Imamother isn't a safe place for me anymore. I need some chocolate and may have to turn to pareve if that's all I have in the house. Let me give myself some

It was a grammatical point.
Alumni is the masculine form of the word, so she is implying that the respondents are all male.
The feminine form is alumnae.
