This is not true. This is only true if you go to a doctor in the same kupa, then its on the kupa system, but if one goes to a specialist or a private doctor, they will not see any of your information and will need to find it all out from the beginning.

No Avigail said if you cancel now, then that decision is final, there is no changing your mind again and you will not be getting the first instalment back because you signed it with this term. (Ruchami said to her husband that the pregnancy took but Avigail never said this)

Based on the seasons trailer A. doesnt seem likely as Chanina is seen telling a pregnant looking Ruchami its your life to which she responds I have no life without this which indicates that he found out. Dont see how its possible for him not to.

Actually, option A is that Ruchami gets pregnant. So according to the season trailer, it is likely to be A. She gets pregnant and he discovers it at some point. Ruchami either goes ahead with the birth or the birth is terminated. Ruchami either dies or doesn't die.
If she dies, Chanina is left with a little girl named Ruchami.
If Ruchami doesnt die, she will possibly end up with two kids, the one she gave birth to, and the surragate baby, which ends up being a month or two older. How strange is that? And they have to fight for the baby. Ruchami will want that baby also and Chanina will say one is enough. (Why be greedy?)
Or maybe she dies and Chanina is left alone with two kids? (He is not likely to get custody of the surrogate child since Ruchami gave up rights. )
Also, is it likely that they will have to abort the baby to save Ruchamis life? Ruchami would never agree to that.
