Did people following Dr Zelenko's preventative measures get sick?

Curious if people who followed Dr. Zelenko's preventative protocol (Vit C and D, Zync, Quercetin) still got sick and if yes, were there bad cases? Please vote about yourself, your family members or friends.

Why are the only options for yes- very mild or hospitalized? Most people I know who had covid had it pretty bad but not hospitalized.

I started his protocol within hours of my first symptoms. Zithromax, quercetin, vit C, D, zinc. young (31) and healthy, no other health issues BH. I ended up getting it relatively really bad. Was out of commision for 4 weeks. Flat on my back unable to sit up for close to 3 weeks. Took many more weeks to get back to myself fully.
I only partially lost taste and smell, which I can attribute to his protocol probably, but it didn't help me feel good at all.

No. Zinc and quercetin should accomplish the same as hydroxy, as per Dr zelenko.

We did zinc, c, and d. Had no symptoms but definitely exposed.

I did those supplements and caught it but was moderately sick and didn't need the hospital, BH. I was able to walk around the house.

The thing is, did they need vents at the hospital? That's what his protocol is trying to avoid. Poster above who said she did it and was still very sick.. What would have happened had she not taken the vitamins? (this is true of any preventative regimen)

Which is probably fairly similar to the percentage of people (in the frum population) who DIDNT follow his protocol and never got corona too

I'm 9 months pregnant and my husband recently had Covid. Since winter started, I've been making sure to increase my fruits and vegetables. Kids and I drink a shake almost everyday with lots of various fruits and veggies and drink Elderberry syrup. Once my husband got sick, we upped our intake of Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Zinc. Also, prayed a lot that we'd get through it. My daughter and son had fever for one day (could it have been Covid? Not sure). Baruch Hashem, I didn't have any symptoms at all. My husband had fever, cough (still coughing), headache, loss of taste and smell. He did feel better after a couple of days though. I do think the vitamins helped!

We are in our sixties and had been on it for 2 months when we caught the virus. Were your friends exposed to the virus?

You can't really estimate the effects unless you also consider the proportions of people who.didn't take it.
