Whenever I cook salmon ( Costco brand Alaska salmon) it always burns and gets crispy. I cook it on 350. I spray the bottom of the pan.

Are they personal size filets? I bake those on 415 for 14 min. Comes out soft and perfect every time.

Yes that's the size. I cook a 1/2-2/3 of a filet each time

I sprinkle it with (red pepper, salt &) soy sauce and put tomato or bell pepper slices on it. Baking time is 20-30 min. (I do 30 when frozen, 20 when not).

If you are baking on 350 you need to make sure it's on the higher rack and you need to cover the pan with aluminum foil

I cook salmon on 300. Probably not for more than ten minutes. Maybe 15 of the filet is thick.

Get a meat thermometer. That way you can tell when it’s cooked.

Are you baking or broiling? I've never had an issue with salmon burning when baking.
