I made vanilla ice cream with cookie crunch and served it on a plate with blueberries and kiwis. I also sprinkled confectioners sugar and choc. syrup on the plate before putting the food on. It makes the plate look fuller.Enjoy.

make little tartleetts. a good crust pressed into mini pie pans, bake fill with custard or cream, top with berries kiwiws, brush with apple jelly.
