Just felt bigger.
When I was 3 months pregnant, I felt like 5 months. I didn't look it (I tend to carry small). Just felt it.
But no worse /different symptoms otherwise.

I’m 16.5 weeks pregnant with twins, it’s my fifth pregnancy. I’ve felt so much better with this pregnancy than any other Singleton ones. Hardly any nausea no vomiting, but more tired. At this point I’m tremendous and am already moving slower but still feel good, better than my previous ones. And I’m older now (youngest is 5, oldest is 15) so I don’t even know how this works. Why do you ask?

I was really tired and showed very early. At that point, when I tried to tell the doctor these symptoms, she brushed them off and didn't do the ultrasound until I was 19 weeks but looked like I was almost due.

Increased exhaustion
More frequent headaches
Difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep- more than other my other pregnancies
Major pelvic pressure that started in my 4th month
Constantly out of breath ( never a symptom in my singleton pregnancies)
Increased back and sciatic pain and leg swelling
First 3 symptoms my dr attributed to having 2 placentas rather than one- increased progesterone.
And the increased pain is just cause physically its double the load on my body.

We’re you early, re: pelvic pressure? I’m also getting out of breath easily now that you mention it and I have a long way to go...
To OP in my case there was no indication it was twins till I saw two on the ultrasound... but it seems like everyone’s experience is different...

I had morning sickness with all my pregnancies besides for my twin pregnancy. My twin pregnancy was my easiest I think because I was young and didn't have other children so I was able to get a good nights sleep and eat healthy...

That’s pretty late to find out.
Did you not have an ultrasound before your fifth month??
