Sure! Mix about one spoon of brown sugar into about a cup of cornflakes crumbs. In another plate, add a few spoons of Mayo and mix in paprika and garlic powder to taste. Dredge chicken cutlets in Mayo mix, then crumbs mixture. Spray pan, add cutlets and spray top of cutlets. Bake uncovered on 400 until crispy, about 25 minutes .

1 large onion cut into rings
2 T oil
8 oz baby portobello mushrooms quartered
1/4 cup silan or honey
2 T red wine
1 clove garlic
dash of salt and pepper
1 lb chicken cutlets pounded thin
sauted onions for 5 min till soft. add mushrooms wine honey and garlic and mix to incorporate. push mushroom and onion mixture to side of the pot and add cutlets. Baste sauce on the chicken and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Flip cutlets and cook for additional 10 minutes.
