Looking for a recipe for flounder/cod/tilapia with crumbs, that comes close to fried, but its baked.
Can someone link to recipes like that.

Buy the Dagim bag of frozen breaded tilapia. Lay on a cookie sheet and dust with garlic powder and salt. Spray with oil spray and bake at 475 until done, about 13 minutes.

Defrost fish. Soak in water mixed with lemon juice and salt. Coat thawed fish in mayo and then press into spiced breadcrumbs. Drizzle with some oil on top. 10-15 minutes in the oven, depending on the size of the fillet.

I had a recipe that I lost, I'm going to wing it tonight.
Let me backtrack. I have a recipe and still have it, for sauteeing onions with spices, spreading on the fish, then coating with cornflake crumbs by pouring over it, and baking. The recipe, which was on a fish bag, called for mixing the crumbs with the onions and spreading over. I think I'm going to do that.

I spread mayo on fish thinly. Then dipped in mixture of equal parts breadcrumbs and cornflake crumbs seasoned with paprika salt and garlic. Sprayed bottom of pan. Sprayed top of fish. Lay the fish well spaces. Baked covered 10 min and uncovered 10 min. On high oven temperature.
Was really good.
