I bought chicken cutlets.(not thin sliced)
I don't want to fry them like shnitzel but I am looking for something different.
how can I cook or bake them in some sauce/liquid with vegetables?
Ideas will be greatly appreciated!

If you're gonna save fat and calories by not frying the cutlets, it's probably not a good idea to put French's Onions on the chicken. Those things are so terrible - you'd be better off frying the cutlets instead. Seriously, French's Onions are reallyreallyreally full of fat - and they have trans fat as well.
You can make Kickin' Chicken from KBD short on time - just mix together duck sauce and taco seasoning.
Put some herbs into the food processor, add some olive oil, salt, pepper and bake.

Do you have Italian dressing?
If you do, you can sautee an onion, add the chicken cutlets (cut up into bite sized pieces) & a nice amount (1/2 a bottle or so) of fat free Italian dressing. Cook until the chicken is done, adding some frozen veggies (cauliflower is great) a little bit before the chicken is done so that the veggies have enough time to cook. This is delicious!

Can you mix the ingredients for broccoli kugel, put some on each cutlet, and half them? Then bake.

I do the same and wrap in a phillo dough ...
also you can simply broil with soysauce, garlic powder & black pepper
or cut into strips put in pan with onions, garlic, and veggies like broccolli or whatever you like ... I think I would add some soy sauce to this too ...
