Someone bought me a ton of different flavored extracts/essences. Things like amaretto, almond, chocolate fudge, mint, orange, lemon, etc.
Up until now I've been using them for flavoring home-made ice cream, cakes and frostings, but I'm looking for some new uses for them.
Does anyone have any good recipes that call for interesting extracts?

I don't know any, but just from personal exp. make sure you ask about nut allergies when serving food with these extracts - the nut ones - amaretto and almond can cause major issues.

Just hold onto them until you come across recipes. It happens to me every so often.

also, you can make some great iced coffee...

Thanks everyone!
Mummie, that's a good idea... I'll try it with chicken!
NJmommy, I think I've made that cake before - sounds good, maybe I'll have a chance to make it this week.
Keep the ideas coming - I really want to use them!

Ask pink for the mint brownie recipe, and instead of using mint in that layer use a different extract. It will taste great.

I make those all the time, but I think I'll try a new version. What do you think - chocolate orange brownies? Chocolate amaretto brownies?
