And what is a substitute in non Jewish stores. I have a recipe for broccoli kugel from Israel that it’s one of the ingredients. I understand it’s kind of Parve heavy cream. Btw why do they put COFFEE flavored Parve heavy cream in a broccoli kugel.

https://www.richsusa.com/produ.....2209/ I'm assuming this is what you need. It's not actually coffee flavored but is a non-dairy creamer people put in coffee. You could probably use any pareve milk in the recipe.
