Looking for a healthy sorbet recipe-mostly frozen fruits??

No white sugar.
Either juice, maple, honey in minimal quantities.
Looking for a specific, adaptable, and tried and true recipe please!

Mango and coconut milk. Some honey if needed
Tastes best fresh. But if frozen in advance either reblend to soften and referees or leave out of freezer an hour before serving to soften.

Strawberry, lime juice, and the sweetener of your choice.

If you use frozen strawberries, thaw them out halfway before blending them the first time.Put into a food processor, and using the blade, blend until smooth.

Freeze 3/4 of the way, in a flat pan. Scrape into the processor and blend. Freeze again. For the best texture, take it out and blend it again, and refreeze. The more times you do this, the smaller the ice crystals will be.

If you want anything tropical and creamy, use assorted canned, frozen, or fresh fruits, and then add coconut cream (not milk!) or a banana. If you want the flavor to be more subtle, blend with more almond milk to dilute the sharpness of the fruit.

A crowd pleaser is a mock ice cream made with bananas and almond milk. Do the blend, freeze cycle a few times. When you do the last blend, stir in chocolate chips and toasted almonds, and then freeze.

3 cups cubed mango
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white grape juice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
Blend well. Freeze in 9x13 pan. Break into chunks and blend again tel creamy. ReFreeze. Enjoy!

We blended watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew and pineapple and did similar to what I posted above. We also put them in ice cube molds with a toothpick for little popsicles or to add to water for a refreshing taste. It went over really well with the kids.
