Please call/or look in on your elderly neighbor or parent/grandparent.
Help her medication management by calling the doctors. Doctors are giving appointments over the phone for refills etc. Please coax them to make the call so they dont run out of meds.
Some still pay bills by mail; make a trip to the nearest post box.
Bring them food or other necessities.
Or just say a good word to give them security in these trying times.

Better not to visit them. Show them you love them and care. Leave food at the door. Make sure you prepare in a way not to spread disease. Wash your hands throughly and make sure the plate is germ free . Docs can now do telephone appointments for diagnostic purposes. HIPAA is suspended for that purpose.
Bring them books or a little something to say that you care. Cornavirus can stay on cardboard a day. Tell them to wait.
