last night I made salmon that I made up as I went along (baked it and then broiled it at the end) and my kids raved about it, it was hysterical. I asked my husband what he thought of the fish, he said it's better then fighting (meaning instead of fighting the kids were discussing how much they liked the salmon lol), roasted stringbeans and leftover rice
tonight I'm hoping to make chicken cutlets, roasted stringbeans again since they also loved those and probably leftover sweet potatoes

Last night we had salmon sushi style bowls. I cooked sushi rice with rice wine vinegar and a little honey. Then served it with salmon, avocado, cucumber, green beans. Everyone made their own bowls. It was a big hit and a nice break after last weeks meals that were more heavy.

Yes! I use it as a base for meat lasanga or chicken tetrazini. Its great with nutritional yeast instead of the parm.
