Salmon coated with mayo, lemon juice and spices broiled with frozen California blend veggies
Lukshen cheese kugel

Does everyone’s kids eat salmon? Mine won’t... I’ll have to figure out to give them

He doesn’t eat vegetables at all?

Like a kid Banging head I can sneak them into dishes, and he will eat any vegetable blended into a soup

Last night - cheesy baked potatos.
Tonight - Creamy chicken noodle casserole made with the leftover chicken soup broth and chicken. I use a whole chicken in my soup just so I can have the leftovers for a mid-week dinner!

My kids eat salmon. They prefer it with some sort of sauce or topping. It makes it more appealing to them.

Cauliflower: one head of cauliflower (chopped), 5 cloves crushed garlic, 1.5 tsp kosher salt, fresh black pepper, 4 oz chicken stock, 2 tbsp margarine (I’ll use oil). Bake everything besides margarine for 1.5 hours at 375, or until soft. Add margarine and mash. Add additional salt and pepper if needed.

It’s delicious. Recipe from chic made simple.

I’ll try to post the chicken later

Leftover split pea meatball soup

I started simmering chicken bones for Shabbos soup and I will probably end up standing at the stove picking meat off the bones like a hungry goblin

It is not my style, but my kids love it when ketchup and mayonnaise are blended with garlic powder and onion flakes smeared on top and baked.
