Tigerwife said low fat. Instead of drizzling olive oil, she can spray it was Pam or a heimeshe brand.

Olive oil is 119 calories per tablespoon. Pam is 2 calories per spray. You will get the same flavor. A lot of times I replace the olive oil in recipes with Pam. And when cooking, I use Pam and water or vegetable broth for a lower calorie version with flavor.

You are lucky you don't need to know how to cook low fat.

For the chicken- drizzle olive oil, and put a frozen garlic cube + frozen basil cube on top of each cutlet. When halfway done baking, flip and repeat.

That sounds delicious, thanks! I ended up marinating the chicken in a soy based marinade with a bit of honey, ginger, and garlic, stir frying on high heat with a drop of sesame oil, and then added some peppers and the snow peas. I drizzled everything with some hoisen sauce afterward and served on top of the cauliflower mash. Not terribly low fat, but it was delicious.
And Squishy, thanks for the tip to spray the chicken.

Dinner was fish sticks and Mac and cheese tonight.

To cut down on the oil in my cajun stir fry, I used vegetable broth and super high heat as well as Pam. There wasn't 20 calories from oil in a wok full of vegetables and 8 chicken breasts cubed.

I don't even know if Cajun stir fry is a thing. But I had cajun chicken cubed already made, and DH brought home raw stir fry vegetables. I used cajun spices including filo. I threw about about 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and oven roasted fire tomato pieces in it.

It was a super flavorful and low cal.

Homemade pizza - the dough is rising and my pizza stone is in the oven getting pre-heated.

The kids make their own, and I have ricotta cheese to make a pizza Bianca.

Yum! Did you make the spinach quiche yourself or is it store-bought?

We used to buy it ready-made in Acme, but since it closed, we can’t find it anymore. I really miss it!
