Fried laffa with chicken from fresh and easy. Really yummy, delicious and quick if you are able to make the dough and marinate the chicken an hour before cooking.

Edit: plus I made fresh whole-wheat banana muffins so I’m feeling really proud of myself at the moment 😂

Instead of cooking the noodles, soak them in boiling hot tap water until they are pliable.

There are lots of no boil just bake raw pasta dishes. It takes longer to bake. Lasagna, stuffed manicotti and the like.

You can also bread and bake eggplant rounds then assemble for eggplant parmesan with sauce and cheese.

Homemade pizza. Or pizza made on wraps.

Baked frittata or quiche.

Add a salad and some warm rolls.

Tuna sandwiches.

Cold cut sandwiches.

You can cook in microwave whole potatoes or sweet potatoes for 8 minutes, tastes like baked. You can do in microwave oatmeal maybe. Or add hot water in instant oatmeal cup.
In oven you can do maybe stuffed potatoes with veg & melted cheese

Eta cheese bourekas
