Well, we don't eat leftovers, there usually aren't any! I am a shlucha, we are having 7 people over. The table looks very nice with a lot of salads. I find that is what people enjoy the most. (Besides dessert!) 8)

DH is away and ironically I have more guests than usual, which is great! One guest by night and a family by day. It's a win win situation as we get the company and the day meal is easier to cook for also. The only thing I messed up on is that my night guest can't have dill and I forgot so I'm making a mini soup for her.

Night:

Small salad for one (unless I can get DD to eat some carrots, my guest can't eat crunchy foods at all)
Gefilte fish
Roast Garlic Dip (I think I got this idea from only1)
Soup with lokshen
Roast chicken
Kasha with mushrooms, onion and garlic
Brownies (saving the pie for day)

Day:
Big Taco Salad (recipe from Chocolate Moose)
Gefilte Fish
"Oven" Stew with hot dogs added in for the kids (taken from the Lubavitch cookbook... it's an experiment, I cooked it according to directions but with 1 lb flanken and I'll reheat it on high and then right before Shabbos will switch to keep warm)
Sweet Potato Pie

and...

...

S'more Pie courtesy of Chocolate Moose! Thank you again!
