Anyone got good avocado dip recipe?
Also how can you keep the dip from getting brown if you prepare it a few hours before?

Lemon or lime juice will keep it from turning brown.
I like to mash up the avocado and add mild salsa to it. DD likes to make it with lime juice and garlic salt.
Some people like mango salsa, but ewwww. To each her own!

Simple and delicious avocado dip: mash avocado with mayonnaise, salt.
Opt. Add: garlic powder.

this ones great: 1 ripe avocado, 1/4 c mayo, 1 T lemon juice,1 small onion diced,1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, dash blk pepper.blend. save the pit - place in center of dip until serving to prevent it from turning dark. (this really works)
