Cut two jalapeños into tiny squares.
(You can remove the insides to adjust the heat level)
Dice 3-4 garlics into small pieces.
Mix the garlic and jalapeños. Add olive oil to cover, and salt and pepper to taste.
We sometimes add colored mini peppers too. It adds a nice color!

Slice jalapeños. Add sliced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast for a few min until golden then add more olive oil, cover and bake for longer until soft.
