Tonight’s dinner was based on what I had immediately available and required basically no prep. Matzah pizza made the 30-second way, in the microwave, out of he leftover matzah prices that were previously used for lechem mishna on Shabbos and then stored back in the box over the past couple months. I told the kids we were getting in the mood for Pesach, and they were happy. My husband walked in on the scene and I just said, “I love that our minhag is just no matzah erev Pesach.” Because I intend to keep at this.
Also, I opened a can of tropical fruit chunks and gave out chunks of cheddar cheese. One kid also requested milk.

Dr Pragers fish sticks have been on sale lately so we had fish stick taco bowls last night. Rice, cabbage slaw, Fish Sticks and a sauce made with pareve sour cream, mayo, lime juice. It was really delicious.
Tonight is R'CH so I am making chicken lo mein in the instant pot.
