Super easy. This is the original recipe.https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/76763/mediterranean-salmon/

I just rubbed minced garlic on salmon. Mixed together 1/8 cup olive oil and 1/4 balsalmic vinegar. Poured over fish and let it sit for a few mins. Sprinkled basil over it. So yum!! Added diced avocado over it right before eating.

Last night husband had fried fish tacos and oven baked fries.

Baby had a slice of cheese and one oven baked French fry.

Big kid outright refused dinner, “wasn’t hungry.” Can’t force kids to eat when not hungry.

I had a big lunch at work and wasn’t very hungry at dinner so just had a few fries for dinner. And a bottle of beer! Which is funny because I’m soooooo not a drinker at all and for some reason a beer sounded super appealing last night?!

Turkey "chops" (If you have never seen them, it's when the butcher takes a turkey leg, and slices it crosswise, so you get these cute little chops)
I'm going to cook them in lemon pepper sauce.
Mashed potatoes.
salad.

It's very good with a mixture of brown sugar and ketchup. My mom used to make it like that with onion on bottom and fresh garlic on top.
