I’m not sure yet so I’m skimming this thread for ideas
Definitely having butternut squash soup frozen from last week.
ETA- decided on oven stir fry over oven baked rice.

At the end last night my husband wanted fresh shnitzel and I had an event I needed ti attend. So I let him make it himself.....
Cut up veggies
Left over Chulent and yerushalmi lukshen kugel. Kids were full and didn't need it last night. So it's for today.
I'll eat with the kids.
Dh will have some form of cutlets. Not sure and his same side he wants daily. Mashed potaotes.
And defrost a frozen veggy soup my mil so kindly gave me.

We had sweet n’ sour meatballs tonight. With plain old spaghetti.
It was actually Lebanese style meatballs. I had a brain fart and put Moroccan lol.
I followed this recipe (and video). I didn't do the bread in milk and they still came out really good.
