No major recipe. Same way you would do cooked chicken. Sliced onions/garlic chicken bottoms, veg & spices. Sautee a little if you like. Add water & duck sauce, let cook. A half hour before done add in pasta wheels in water to cook. If put in beg, then wheels get very big. Everything gets a mild sweet taste from duck sauce.

Do you make this in a pot on the stove?? If so, what size pot? How long do you cook the chicken and vegetables for? Is enough liquid to fully cook the pasta?

Last night ended up being chicken lo mein.

Not sure what I will do tonight but I took a pkg of ground meat out of the freezer.

There's leftovers of last night for DD who does not like ground meat lately.

very very simple
combine ground meat and ground turkey
I did 1 pound of each.
2 eggs
bread crumbs (maybe 1/2 cup?)
a few tablespoons of tomato paste
1-2 tsp of mustard (optional but we like it)
black pepper

mix together, shape into a loaf

spoon barbecue sauce on top and on the sides

bake covered, uncover for 10 minutes at the end.

"fake" breaded chicken (you don't dip it, you make a mixture of pretzel crumbs, oil, mustard, honey, and a squeeze of ketchup, and you just pour over chicken chunks and stir. Got the recipe from Binah a long time ago, it's YUM)

Baked lemon pepper chicken chunks for those who don't like them with crumbs (like the low carb teenage girls!) (lemon pepper, garlic powder, sea salt, oil, and lemon juice).

salad

baked zucchini slices. (basil, oregano, oil, salt, baked in oven for like 20 min)
