Yum. Canned peaches are soooo good. Total guilty pleasure.

As a dessert, I don't feel guilty at all. There is some nutrition there, coated with tons of sugar. Healthier than cake? Right? At least I'm telling myself that.

Shuly , can you please post recipe?

Chicken lo-mein

3/4 package whole wheat or regular spaghetti - cooked.
1 lb package chicken cutlets – cut into pieces

Sauce: (I usually double the sauce because I add a lot of vegetables)
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
pepper
2 tsp chicken soup mix
1 tsp sugar

Vegetables (Choose whatever you like from this list. I do whatever I have in my house.):
mushrooms
baby corn
1-2 peppers cut into large wedges or diced large
1 onion cut into large wedges or diced large
2 zucchinis sliced
carrots cut into sticks
celery cut into sticks
(or substitute with any other stir fry veggies)

Mix pre-cooked spaghetti, raw chicken and raw vegetables in a 9x13 (or larger) pan.
Pour sauce on top, mix.
Cover tightly and bake for 1.5-2 hours at 375

Not sure yet. DH was supposed to cook since he's off today but then he went to help a relative with something and isn't sure when he'll be back home. I was really looking forward to having the night off. Oh well.

For tilapia try coating with coconut or almond flour instead of crumbs.

Cone, do you make your calzones yourself?

Leftovers for the kids, will probably order a sandwich for myself. I don’t like cooking when dh isn’t home.

For DH and I - zucchini soup (fresh) + Shabbos leftovers

My kids - chocolate milk and maybe a microwave hot pretzel? I don’t frakking knownor care anymore, they’re impossible and don’t even bother coming to the table since they won’t eat anything I cook

A rotisserie chicken that my ex husband made and dropped off at my house last night lol.

Not sure if there will be any sides. I'm surely not making any! My husband will probably cobble something together, bless that man.

Good for you, it's my last day off and I'm maximizing every single minute!

Choice of macaroni and cheese or tuna with vegetables on toast. I'm waiting for the bus to pull up...any minute the whining will start and they'll all be making themselves grilled cheese sandwiches anyway...oh well.
