How do you make Meat-za? Sounds interesting.

I use bought WW pizza dough (the mini ones from Mauzone, I think is the company name)

I make a pulled brisket OR I use browned chopped meat.

The "cheese" is sweet chili sauce mixed with mayo.

So I defrost the mini-pizza dough, dust with cornmeal. (you can skip the cornmeal if you don't have)

I put on the sweet chili/mayo sauce.

I sprinkle with the browned chopped meat, or top with the pulled brisket.

Bake according to the mini-pizza dough package directions (I'm guessing 30 mins at 375 or 425).

I find I have to brown the chopped meat very lightly, or it gets too cooked during baking.

I make a ton bec it freezes well and it's great to pull out to supplement a supper when I know some other kids don't like the main dish.

Me too! I'm busy making all kinds of mini trifles for my DSs bar mitzvah. When I clean up the mess I'll think about dinner.

Now that I'm finally in "make supper mode"... I'm making , ground beef with taco seasoning stuffed in pitas with a bit of techina , lettuce and tomatoes and some French fries on the side.

For me, (need to eat according to my diet plan) , I'm having roasted butternut squash soup and salmon salad
