Honestly, whats your supper menu tonight?
I'll start, fish sticks for kiddies, chicken cutlets of some type with orzo for adults...

We do meatless Monday usually. So tonight is eggplant boats with humus, chickpeas, tehina etc. And left over rice from shabbos.

Left over veg soup from shabbos and chicken I’ll pick up and make simply. Maybe a box of rice.

I’m going to roast a chicken and serve it with spaghetti squash and cut peppers and cucumbers. Likely a rice dish too

Spiced chicken, spicy potatoes and cut veggies. It has to be something that takes less then ten minutes to prep.
I also sit down with my family to make my weekly menu so my kids know in advance what they are having and they like it.

I think... burgers with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and buns... together with a salad or corn on the cob.

Pour crispy onions into a pan. Put cutlets on top. Smear with apricot jam. Pour on more crispy onions. Baked covered for 40 minutes. Very easy and very delicious.
