I have fresh parsley and salmon.
anyone have a good fish recipe that uses fresh parsley but no lemon?

My favorite for salmon is, either spray with Pam for low fat (or spread low fat mayo mixed with ketchup and spices), then dip into corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs, and lots of spices and spray again with Pam.

Brush fish with olive oil. Hand mince fresh garlic and fresh parsley; combine with coarse salt and pepper and spread over 1.5" cubes of salmon. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.

I've got to mention that I tried this recipe and it really scored!! My DH loved it and so did I! saving it in my recipe book.
as per the other recipe posted, thanks a lot! I'll be saving that for another time as well!
