Does anyone have a recipe for buffalo wings? like the ones at dougies, dh loves them
Bought a buffalo wing sauce, it says on the bottle to deep fry chicken wings and then dip it into the sauce
can I add breadcrumbs?
should I bake it a little bit with the sauce??
please let me kow

why bother? try it baked, and if hubby doesn't like it, fry it next time. I avoid frying whenever possible. (I'm not a health nut, I'm just either too lazy or too busy.) bake it uncovered so it has a chance to get a little crispness, I think it should be fine.

I used to love buffalo wings before I became frum. They were so yummy dunked in blue cheese dressing. They are a popular item served at bars. I used to get margaritas with that meal. I have eaten them at kocher restaurant but its still not the same without the blue cheese dressing and the margarita.

If you want to do them like dougies does (the extra fattening way) I would bread them and then fry them and then bake in the sauce.
