Will a kid pick up on the lgbt relationships? Or does it just come across as groups of dragons living together? How obvious is it that they are in a relationship? I see some reviews mention a few such relationships but wondering how bad it really is.

My son loved this series. I didn’t read it and had no idea. But he never asked me anything or mentioned anything. Probably went right over his head.

Haven't read it myself, but Ive heard it has more details throughout about female dragon wanting to be more than friends with other female dragon.

My son knows about these things but didn't pick up on it in the book. (Actually we found out from a twenty questions game he was playing with Alexa, of all things.)
