Here in London they've started selling nesichat hanilus. I tasteed in Israel and just loved it so I bought some here but I'm not sure how to cook it .
Any ideas?

I used to defrost it is lemon juice (takes away some of the fishy taste) and then mix together grainy mustard and mayo, spread on the fish and bake. Very yummy and moist.

Just wanted to share that yesterday I was told that nesicha is the absolute worst and most unhealthy fish you can buy. I can't say if it's true or not. Just be informed.
