Hi all! We just went vegetable picking and have a bunch of peppers (red/green) and yellow tomatoes. Do you have any ideas of how I can use them up, preferably for recipes that can be frozen? May be dips of some sort? Thanks in advance!

Tomato dip
I don't think they can be frozen though
You can freeze strips of peppers and use them for stir fries and other things.
