A red pen leaked and manage to stain TWO of my best robes! Any suggestions how to get out?????????
I checked out this link- however it didn't really give any comments for clothing/fabric.

I don't know about red ink, but hairspray works on blue or black ink, give it a try, nothing to lose.

alcohol and oxi clean I have in the house.... will try those and just pray!
They were new robes I bought right before giving birth now and they are both very comfortable, and what I lived in those first few weeks postpartum.
Let's hope........................

Hairspray- I also found it to work. Spray, rub, spray, let it sit, wash, etc...

put some paper towels under the stain inside the clothes, and spray with hairspray until the ink is completely out. then wash as usual. hairspray also removes permanent marker from hard surfaces. good luck.

One of my kids scribbled pen on my nice white cotton table cloth. I used alchohol to get it out. It took time for the alchohol to work but it worked.
