I'm looking for the dressing recipe for the 3 bean salad. (green beans, wax beans, kidney beans)

from spice and spirit's 4 bean salad (which I usually make as 3 bean):

1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic
1/2 TBS salt
pepper to taste

I guess my mom and I are lazy as I make her recipe a bottle of Italian salad dressing any that you like reg. to fat free over the beans and onions and we do it with more than 3 beans quite often. String bean, wax bean corn, chick pea , kidney bean, pinto cannelinni, white bean, black bean, pink bean. I always use orn string bean chickpea and at least one other it depends on the size salad I want and I like red onion over reg as it adds more color.

Yes you should be able to do that. It tastes better after it has sat overnight.
