Deviled Chicken
from The Washington Post, but with my changes
5-6 lbs chicken, any kind
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
3 T oil (olive preferred)
3 T vinegar, apple cider preferred
2 T dried herbs of your own choosing; dill, parsley, etc
3-4 drops hot pepper sauce, optional
Combine evrything and allow to marinate from 30 minutes to about 2 hours, but overnight won't hurt either.
Grill or bake at 400 deg until really brown.

Thanks for all the recipes. Anything I've ever made that you posted was delicious so I'm looking forward to trying some of these!
