I saw it in Community magazine and it looked good. But I didn't save it.
I even bought the stir fry vegetables for it, which I've never bought before!
It wasn't a frying recipe, but a baking one, if I remember correctly, with soy sauce.
Anyone have a recipe similar to this?

You can improvise, with a sauted onion & some garlic, then add your veggies, cut up. Spice with pepper.

thanks. sounds good. I can even include some garlic from the pidyon habens I went to recently.
I've never made stir fry. I should fry onions and garlic and add the veggies? how long to cook for? what do you think I should do after?

it came out really yummy! thanks!
I would've been nervous to try it without a recipe, but you got me going, CM! I appreciate it! Even the kids liked it!
I sauteed the onions and garlic in some olive oil. I added the veggies and then a few minutes later added soy sauce. Then I layered the salmon on top, sprinkled with fish spice, and put in the toaster oven. MMmmm..
